Quee...Toronto has an excellent textile district ... Queen Street West between Spadina and Bathurst is the main area I frequent. There are many fabric stores in the area, my favourites are L.A. Fabrics, Chu Shing Textiles (incredible silks), and the Wool House ... and if you want a chuckle, go and visit the World Sew Centre (those of you who have been there will know what I am referring to!!).
